At Gosman Associates, we believe that each client has different business needs and that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work. That’s why we will first discuss your needs in a no-obligation first consultation to identify how we can hep. Consultations can range from one-off tech evaluations that can take place over Skype or WebEx to longer-term placements where Gosman Associates advisory is embedded with your team to evaluate part or all of your company’s R&D portfolio to identify gaps or establish when and which technologies are ready for field or pre-commercial testing. Typically, our service includes an initial consultation to help identify where our services can be most effective. Once established, a full and comprehensive report will be provided in which gaps and opportunities are identified and detailed recommendations made. Follow-up consultations to support downstream decision-making can be arranged as required. Building trust with our clients is key to get you there quickly and smoothly. That’s how we ensure your success.
Making the right and timely decisions on when and which technologies to bring to market is the key to success. Even the most innovative technologies might not be the right fit for your business or deliver products within the timelines that you need. Maximising market opportunities with new, innovative technologies in the fast-paced biotech sector is not easy, especially for SMEs who have limited resources and timeframes to gain a return on their investments. It takes experience and an understanding of the science to evaluate the effectiveness and likely impact of innovations and technologies relevant to international biotech and agri-business for companies, investors and shareholders. As scientists, Gosman Associaociates can provide expert analysis, opinion and can undertake independent objective assessments to provide you with the advice you need to identify technologies with the right potential and fit for your business. Call us today to discuss how we can help you to refine your plan for success.
